Rent a BFF is a platform connecting private individuals for strictly friendly and platonic company, charged by the hour. Rent a BFF is not a dating service or a service of a sexual nature, both of which are strictly prohibited on the platform.

All elements of the website (Rent a BFF brand, logo, texts, interface, code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Rent a BFF acts as an intermediary: the platform connects members and BFFs, but does not take part in the meetups. Its liability covers what falls within its role (the operation of the site, the identity check of BFFs, payment, the handling of reports), within the limits set by law.
